You could just extra series to a plot for every column or create a separate plot for each You prefer the latter I guess Also matplotlib is a pretty standard module for making plots pretty easy to use and works like a dream Surprisingly I didn t find a straight forward description on how to draw a circle with matplotlib pyplot please no pylab taking as input center x y and radius r I tried some variants of this
