Delete Reddit Posts I was able to delete the box part and my comments but how would I be able to delete the topic itself and other s comments I am browsing reddit as a desktop site in my samsung phone I red other people s post but cant seem to find the delete button or action button at the top right TIA

Posts on reddit are never really deleted only your account is disassociated from it and it becomes unviewable from normal sources In this case unfortunately for you this is about as deleted as the thread will get Deleting a post on reddit only removes your association with the post the content of the text box or images video hosted on reddit The title the link to content elsewhere on the internet and comments will remain There s nothing else you can do

28 votes 15 comments true When you delete a post it no longer is listed on the subreddit or your profile and your username body of the post are removed however all the comments remain and people with the link to the thread can still access it and comment on it Although I read after trying to use Ceddit Unddit especially the Google and Firefox viewer for deleted reddit posts and Reverddit whatever it is called that there are no longer functional tools to viewing deleted comments on posts on Reddit I also tried using the inspect on Firefox and the view source on Google in hopes I ll find the deleted post but no luck
